The recruitment process involves two rounds of interviews—first with RSC and then with MABFSI or the hiring organization. Successful candidates are issued a conditional job offer, which is contingent upon completion of a specialized training program.
To qualify, candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their 10th, 12th, and undergraduate degree (some organizations require 60%).
Training for Career Readiness
Candidates undergo intensive training before officially joining their roles. The duration ranges from two weeks to four months, depending on the job designation—whether in banking operations, insurance, or business development. Training ensures candidates are job-ready from day one, with practical exposure and domain-specific knowledge.
